Assessment Forms & Risk Calculators
Vision+ has additional tools and utilities which make it even more useful when capturing data for the contract as well as forms and calculators that help your practice improve patient care. These forms and calculators are extremely intuitive and reduce the clinicians workload by simplifying the process. They can be accessed by clicking on Calculators from the Vision+ menu, and selecting from the relevant group.
