Christo Calculator

The Christo Calculator form is for evaluation/clinical audit purposes and is a rough indicator of professional impression of recent drug-related or alcohol - related problems in the past month.

To access the calculator:

1. From Consultation Manager, select a patient and click on the Vision+ icon on the floating toolbar and select Calculators.

2. Select Lifestyle and choose Christo.

   

   Lifestyle Categories

3. Complete the questionnaire by selecting an option under each heading. On completion of all the questions the Read code 388k - Christo inventory for substance-misuse services score displays along with the patient's score.

4. To save the questionnaire click OK and Attach.
