Edit Weekly Plans
You can easily update the weekly plans as needed.

See Appointments Setup Menu for more information.
select Weekly plans - Select the plan you want to update.
- The Edit
and Delete
options display.
- Select the Edit
button. The weekly plan displays.
- The following options are available:
- Select the Save button at the bottom right to update the plan with the changes.
- The Weekly plans list displays.

Select Save to save your changes, Reset to cancel any changes or Sort (A-Z) to reorder the list.
Note - A Conflict alert displays if you try to insert a session that overlaps another. Choose Remove to take out the existing session and proceed.
Updating Rows
The following notifications display on the screen when additions, modifications and deletions are made:

Addition - Adding a new row.

Modification - Modifying an existing row.

Deletion - Deleting rows.
Note - The notifications disappear once you save or reset the changes, a warning symbol displays
if the change cannot be made, for example, if the name you are using is already in use.
