Address Maintenance
Once the Validation Report has been printed, the errors on the list need to be corrected. Individual address amendments are made at the Validation - Address Maintenance screen. Amendments for patient names, rural mileages and NHS Numbers are corrected in Registration.
You might want to glance through the section Global changes to addresses. These are three options which can make changes to several patients at a time, covering the most common address errors, eg moving the address up or down a line, or correcting a mis-spelt county name.
