Global changes to addresses

The other options on Address processes a number of patients at once if their details meet the required conditions.

• Correct House Name and Road- if the House Name, Road and Locality have been muddled, this shifts up one line. This need only be run once.
• Locality, town and county- First type in the text to be moved and then choose either to move Town to Locality, or County to Town, or the opposite - Locality to Town, or Town to County.
• Correct Counties- allows a default county (spelling) to be included, and other alternative spellings changed to the default county.

Once processing has started, you can interrupt with cancel. It will have processed everyone up to that point.

Check the changes made either in Address Maintenance or in Registration.
