To book an appointment for a patient and then check them in:

To view the patient clinical history and record your consultation:

Vision Anywhere - A clinical system, providing secure access to patient records, across practices both online and offline. Used for recording consultations, clinical detail, prescriptions and managing patient care.
To send messages/tasks to the patient's practice:
