Implementation Day
A Cegedim Healthcare Solutions representative is on site to assist you with the configuration and set up of your new system. This includes enabling and configuring your patient facing services, see Patient Facing Services for details.
Go Live Day
This is what you have been working towards! Vision 3 with all of your checked and mapped data is available. You are fully supported with a representative providing floor walking support, ensuring processes are bedding in, answering questions as they arise and assisting with queries from all levels of staff as they start using Vision 3 and associated applications.
Important - In order for Implementation and Go Live days to go as smoothly as possible, please ensure:

An appropriate staff member, preferably the Super User, with the authorisation to make decisions is available to liaise with the Cegedim Healthcare Solutions representative.

Access to your clinical rooms have been agreed and a timetable drawn up so that the engineer and representative know when they can access the rooms to configure printers and supported third party applications. They also require access to any managed laptops to ensure the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution is installed.

We strongly recommend that during Go Live day, no pre-booked clinics are scheduled for patients and your practice runs 'On the Day' only appointments.
