3 Quick Steps to Unlocking a User Account
The following details the 3 steps to unlocking a user account within Organisational Services:
Note - You must be logged in as a System Manager to unlock a user account.
Step 1 - Find the User Required
From Organisational Services, enter user's name, select Search and then select the appropriate user from the list returned:

Step 2 - Unlock the User Account
Select Unlock :
Step 3 - Select Save
Finally, select Save .
