Registration Links Reports
Registration Links - Reports can generate reports of various categories of transactions.
For those practices that are not linked, or for linked practices where the link is down, you can print standard patient acceptance and amendment forms to send to your Trading Partner (TP).
Training Tip - You can display, print or save in text format all Registration Links reports.
To run reports from Registration Links
- From Registration Links, select Reports
. - The Reports screen displays. The default for the reports is All TP's and All GP's:
To update the search criteria, select Change Criteria, see Change Criteria for details.
- From Report, select the report required:
See Completed Transactions, Transaction Reports, Standard Forms and Unacknowledged Acceptances (Frozen Patients) for details. - From Report Format, select either Summary or Detailed, depending on how much detail you require.
- Select Process and the Reporting - Output Method screen displays:
- From Output Type select from:
- Window, see Window for details.
- Export Data, see Exporting Data for details.
- File, see Saving a Report as a File for details.
- Printer - We recommend that if printing, you choose Window initially, then print from the on-screen display, see Printing a Registration Links Report for details.
- Select OK to start processing.
