How can I see who is signed in?
The username of the currently logged-in user displays at the bottom of the Side Navigation Bar.
I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
If you forget your password:

Select FORGOT PASSSWORD from the Log in screen.

Enter your email address and select SEND RESET LINK.
Instructions are sent to your email address, select the link in the email to change your password.
How do I check my competitors nominations?

From the Side Navigation Bar select Patient - Nominated Patient.

The Nominated Patients screen displays, from here you can view the total nominations and trends for all stores in your group.

To view the competitor nominations for a particular store, select COMPETITOR VIEW.

The Nominated Patients Competitor screen displays the total nominations and trends for the selected store, the five closest competitors and a local average.
