All clinical data for patients is recorded in Consultation Manager.

- Open and/or specify a consultation type if required, this depends on your settings.
- The Patient Record screen displays. This screen can be tailored to how you want to use it, ranging from a simple data entry, a repeat issues view, or a sophisticated problem orientated view.
You can optionally set a Patient Preview screen to display an overview of the most important patient data on one page.
The navigation pane summarises the clinical data that already exists for this patient. You can filter data to see, for example, all the test results, or entries made at a Well Woman clinic by selecting from the navigation pane. Every data entry is listed chronologically on the Journal tab of Patient Records.
