Diabcare UK has worked closely with Cegedim Healthcare Solutions to produce a diabetes monitoring guideline - DIABCARE UK Diabetes Monitoring - which you can access from the Guideline index under Local Guidelines. If you do not have this guideline in your Local Guideline Index, you can download it from Available Guidelines to Download and import it.

Quality and Outcomes Framework Quality Indicators Guidelines enable you to enter the correct Read Codes required for the contract. The guidelines can be downloaded from Available Guidelines to Download, the files unzipped into a separate directory, and then imported from the Select Guideline screen. Each guideline begins its mnemonic with nc, and the guidelines index is ncqi. The mnemonic for the Diabetes QI guideline is ncdiab, that for Hypothyroidism is ncthyroid.

THYROID is a local guideline which can be downloaded from Available Guidelines to Download. It includes a Thyroid Disease Monitoring Protocol.
