Copying and Updating Management Plans

Some Management Plans and data grids are pre-defined and are included with Vision 3. You can edit or copy and amend them if required.

Important - Please do not update the Asthma or Diabetes Management Plans, If required you can copy them and rename them for your own use. These Management Plans are maintained by Cegedim Healthcare Solutions and new versions overwrite existing ones, so your changes would be lost each time.

You can also create your own data grids.

  1. From Consultation Manager, select Guidelines - Select Guideline.
  2. Tick Locally generated, click in to Mnemonic and enter @.
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard and a list of Management Plans display, for example:
    • @BC1 : Biochemistry Management Plan
    • @JABS : (immunisation Management Plan
    • @MROMAT : Maternity Management Plan
    • @CHRONIC: Disease Registers Management Plan
  4. Either:
    • Highlight the Management Plan required and select Edit and then from the Header - Update screen, check the Triggering Read Terms are as required, update if necessary and then select OK, or
    • Select New to create a new Management Plan.
  5. The selected Management Plan screen displays in design mode, update as required, see Guidelines - Adding a Patient Data Grid for details.
  6. Select Save .
