The Source of Drug on Therapy - Add defaults to In Practice.

You can click and select from the available list.

Note - You should enter a record of a repeat prescribed in hospital, or out of the practice. the entry is flagged Outside Practice and stored under inactive repeats. If the repeat is required for the patient once back in practice care, then display inactive repeats and drag the line on to the floating toolbar top left icon - Another - to create a new repeat master.
