Printer Setup for Prescriptions and Labels

Your printers are set up by the Vision engineer on install.

Printers are set up, by workstation and user, from the Vision front screen under Optionsin one of the following ways:

Classic Printer Setup - No longer used.
Printer Profiles - Use to set up different printers for prescriptions, drug labels, bag labels and specimen labels.
Advanced Printing - Recommended, essential for:
- Nurse or supplementary prescribers who print prescriptions.
- Printing private controlled drugs.
- Scotland - ePharmacy.
- Wales and Northern Ireland - Barcoded prescriptions.
