Guidelines/Reports Design - Font and Background Colour
If you right click on a report line in Design Mode, amongst the options you can select are Font, Background Colour, Increase Font Size, and Reduce Font Size. You may want to change one of these to provide colour coding, or emphasis, or reduce importance, see Guidelines/Reports Design - Defaults for details:
Highlight the line you want to change and then right click on it. Select Font to display the standard Font screen. Here you can choose the font type, the style (regular, bold, italic) the point size, and the colour. The default font is a San Serif in 10 point for a patient data line in black, and in 12 point bold for a sub-heading in blue.
Highlight the line you want to change and then right click on it. Select Increase or Reduce Font Size. This changes the font size by a number of point sizes.
The background colour of the report can be changed from the default of white using Background Colour. This displays a palette of colours. Select the colour you required and select OK.
