Deleting Data in an Open Encounter
To delete data within an open Encounter:
- From within the Encounter, right click on the item you want to remove and select Delete from the app bar that appears at the bottom of your Vision Anywhere screen:
- The Delete this entry screen displays, select Yes to confirm:
The entry is deleted.
Deleting Data in a Closed Encounter
Providing you meet the following criteria, you can to delete specific data in the last closed Encounter. You must be:

A Vision 3 practice user.

Logged on as the originator of the entry and have editing rights.

Online with the same device as the original entry was made with.
Providing you meet all three criteria above, you can delete specific data in the same way as you delete data in an open Encounter, see Deleting Data in an Open Encounter for details.
