Bulk Operation - Reset Auto Registration Card/Welcome Leaflet Printing

When a patient is first registered with the system, and items are dispensed, the system can print a PMR registration card and Welcome leaflet if required. The printing of these is recorded in the system so that the next time they are dispensed to these are not re-printed.

Reset Auto Registration Card/Welcome Leaflet Printing

 

Menu > Tools > Bulk Operations > Reset Auto Registration Card/Welcome Leaflet Printing

 

This resets the patient records to 'not printed' so that a new card and/or Welcome leaflet will be issued next time they present a script.

Alternatively, you can reset all patient records to say 'printed', so that in future only Registration cards and Welcome leaflets for new patients will print automatically.
