Day One of the Cegedim Primary Care Hosted Solution

The migration to a hosted system makes very little difference to your day to day work, but you have on-site support with you on your completion day to address any issues that do arise.

Important - Please ensure an appropriate staff member, preferably the Super User, with the authorisation to make decisions is available on this day.

For your peace of mind, you may want to check:

  • All users can log in.

  • Printers are working as expected.

  • All your expected links are working, for example, pathology and Health Board.

  • Your patient facing services, for example Patient Services or My Health Online, are as expected.

  • Dispensary set up, if applicable.

  • Docman is ready for GP2GP.

  • Linking with supported third party applications, for example, Call-Boards.

  • Check Your Test Patient - If you have set up a test patient to double check your migration, you can check their details now. Any migration errors should be reported to your Cegedim Healthcare Solutions team as soon as possible, see Setting up and Populating a Test Patient for details.
