SCR Upload Completed
Regardless of the Summary Care Record (SCR) process you are running, when it is completed the 'Process completed' message displays, select OK to continue:
The results screen displays:
- Unprocessed Patients - No processing was attempted for these patients. This should be zero when the upload is finished.
- Sent - Messages and consent records successfully sent to the NHS Spine.
- Sending - In the process of sending. This should be zero when the upload is finished.
- Failed - Failed to send the SCR or consent to the NHS Spine.
- Not Required - An SCR or consent was not required for the patient, for example, they are not eligible for SCR.Important - Check that Sending and Unprocessed Patients are zero prior to closing. If a number displays the summaries are in the process of processing or sending, wait for the number to refresh to zero before exiting.
Training Tip - Use the SCR Reporting tools to identify patients who are failed or for reasons why they are in the Not Required group, for example, Ineligible patients. See SCR Ineligible Patients and SCR Reporter for details.
Once you have checked the failed patient's records in SCR Reporter, you can run the failed process for that upload, for example, Initial Upload - Failed.
