Re-running the SCR Initial Upload
If your Summary Care Record (SCR) Initial Upload is complete, you can run it again if required using Initial Upload - Rerun. This sends an Initial Upload for all active patients who are eligible.
Training Tip - Even though the Initial Upload is intended as a one-off process, if you find that a large percentage of your patients have not uploaded, you can re-run the Initial Upload, see Running the Initial SCR Upload for details. If you want to reprocess patients whose previous Initial Upload failed, you should use Initial Upload - Failed, see Reprocessing Failed SCR Initial Uploads for details.
To rerun the initial upload for all active patients:
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select SCR - GP Summary Bulk Uploads
.
- The GP Summary Bulk Transmission screen displays, double click Initial Upload - Rerun.
- The 'Some Initial Uploads have already been sent. This operation will resend messages for all eligible patients. Do you wish to proceed?' message displays. Select either:
- OK to start the process immediately, or
- Set an alternate start, stop or resume time and then select OK, see Summary Care Record (SCR) Scheduling Options for details.
