Why Haven't All My Patients Uploaded?
In order for a National Summary to be successfully uploaded onto the Spine, the patient must meet all of the following requirements:
- The patient must have a permanent registration status at the time the initial upload is started.
- The patient must have a valid current NHS number.
- The patient must not have a FP69 flag.
- The patient must not already have a National Summary on the Spine
Note - A summary record that has been compiled and transmitted by the Initial Upload will not be visible on the patient record until an acknowledgment has been received from the Spine (see Mail Manager).
