Previously Loaded Patients

The Initial Upload will not send an Initial National Summary for patients who are permanently registered but who already have a Summary uploaded from their previous surgery. For such patients, when they are selected, the National Summary will be automatically downloaded from the Spine and will be accessible from Consultation Manager.
