Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire

The Oxford Knee Score (OKS) is a 12-item patient-reported questionnaire designed and developed to assess function and pain after total knee replacement (TKR) surgery (arthroplasty).

To complete the Oxford Knee Score

  1. From Consultation Manager, click on the Vision+ icon on the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Other - Oxford Knee Score.

  2. The Knee Score questionnaire displays.

  3. On completion of the questionnaire you can save it to the patient's record by selecting OK and Attach. The Read code 388q00 - Oxford knee score is recorded in the Scoring Test Results structured data area.
