Oxford Knee Score Questionnaire
The Oxford Knee Score (OKS) is a 12-item patient-reported questionnaire designed and developed to assess function and pain after total knee replacement (TKR) surgery (arthroplasty).
To complete the Oxford Knee Score
- From Consultation Manager, click on the Vision+ icon on the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Other - Oxford Knee Score.

- The Knee Score questionnaire displays.
Oxford Knee Score
- On completion of the questionnaire you can save it to the patient's record by selecting OK and Attach. The Read code 388q00 - Oxford knee score is recorded in the Scoring Test Results structured data area.
