Oxford Hip Score Questionnaire

The Oxford Hip Score (OHS) is a short 12-item questionnaire designed and developed to assess function and pain with patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.

To complete the Oxford Hip Score

1. From Consultation Manager, click on the Vision+ icon on the floating toolbar and select Calculators - Other - Oxford Hip Score.

2. The Hip Score questionnaire displays.

3. On completion of the questionnaire you can save it to the patient's record by selecting OK and Attach. The Read code 388r.00 - Oxford hip score is recorded in the Scoring Test Results structured data area.
