Editing Recalls
Although the Recall Status should be predominantly maintained by Vision 3, you can manually change the Recall Status for an existing recall at any time. For example, you might want to manually cancel a recall that is no longer relevant or, change a recall from Complete back to Outstanding.
To edit a recall:
- From Consultation Manager, select the patient and open a consultation.
- From the , select Recalls and all Recalls display on the Filtered List.
- Right click on the recall whose Status you would like to change and select Edit.
- The Recall - Update screen displays, from Recall Status select the required status.
- Select OK to save.Remember - It is normally only valid to have one current recall for each clinical concept.
