Recalls and GP2GP Messages

Recalls received in a GP2GP message from non-Vision practices arrive in Vision 3 as Degraded Records. You can adjust the Recall Status to Outstanding, Complete or Cancelled at the point of reviewing the incoming data for the patient.

Recalls in a Vision 3 to Vision 3 GP2GP message carry the same status as from the originating practice.
