Adding a Cancellation Reason

 

Setting up and Managing Cancellation Reasons (1:00)

Important - For practices with a hosted server, for example AEROS, you must watch the videos on your local desktop. To do this copy and paste the url for this web page into your local browser. Local health board restrictions may also affect access.

To add a Cancellation reason:

  1. From the Appointments Setup menu, select Cancellation reasons .
  2. The Cancellation Reasons screen displays.
  3. Select Add cancellation reason and a new cancellation reason displays at the end of the list:

  4. Enter the cancellation reason name.
  5. Optionally, drag and drop it to the appropriate place in the list.
  6. Select Save to save your changes, Reset to cancel any changes or Sort (A-Z) to reorder the list.
