Placing and Booking in Partial Orders
Menu > Item > Place
Place partial order 
To place a partial order, e.g. there are 2 packs in Pending but you only want to place 1:

Highlight the item and press
; or go to
Menu > Item > Place > Item Partial

Enter the number of packs placed and click on OK.
One entry will now say Placed and the other will say Incomplete. The incomplete entry will be transmitted again with the next order.
Booking in part delivery 
Should the wholesaler send less than the amount ordered:

For items that have been part delivered, get the order on screen.

Highlight the line to be partially delivered.

Press
and enter the quantity (number
of packs) received.
The received items will be booked into stock; the remainder will go to Incomplete and will be transmitted with the next order.
Place order from pending / outstanding 
To place on order selected lines from a Pending / Outstanding order:

Highlight the required items from the order, and press
;
or go to
Menu > Item > Place > All Selected Complete.
This does not trigger the transmission of an order, it just changes the status from Pending or Outstanding to Placed.
