Workflow Taxonomy

The Taxonomy property enables you to add keywords to assist users searching for the Workflow.

Add a Keyword

  1. Open the Workflow Properties.
    See - Workflow Properties.
  2. Select Taxonomy.
    Options displays to the right.
  3. Select Options.

    The Taxonomy Manager pop-up displays.
  4. Select Add Taxonomy to add Keywords.

  5. Enter an appropriate Keyword, this enables users to quickly find the correct pathway, for example, wound.
  6. Select Add Taxonomy to add a further Keyword.

  7. Repeat until all the required Keywords are added.
  8. Select OK to update the Keywords.
  9. Close Workflow Properties.
  10. Select File followed by Save to update the Workflow.

Delete a Keyword

  1. Open the Taxonomy Manager pop-up.
  2. Select the Keyword you want to delete.

  3. Select Delete.
  4. Select OK to update.
  5. Close Workflow Properties.
  6. Select File followed by Save to update the Workflow.

Edit a Keyword

  1. Open the Taxonomy Manager pop-up.
  2. Select the Keyword you want to edit.

  3. Update the Keyword in the Properties.
  4. Select OK to update.
  5. Close Workflow Properties.
  6. Select File followed by Save to update the Workflow.
