Creating a Workflow

Note - Before creating a Workflow it can be useful to outline your plan and collate all information. See - Workflow Preparation.

To create a new Workflow:

  1. From the main Dashboard select Workflow Designer.

    The Workflow Designer screen displays, from here you can also search for a Workflow and access recently modified Workflows. See - Searching for a Workflow.

  2. Select + New Workflow.
  3. Enter a name for your Workflow in the pop-up, for example, Wound Management.

  4. You can now add Nodes to your Workflow, from the Toolbar hover over Add Node .
    Your pointer changes to a Hand .
  5. Drag the Node onto the canvas.

  6. To add text, double click the Node.

    The Node Editor displays.
  7. Enter Text, for example, Patient presents with a sore throat.
  8. Select OK.

    The Node updates.
  9. Repeat to add/edit further Nodes.
