Creating a Workflow
Note - Before creating a Workflow it can be useful to outline your plan and collate all information. See - Workflow Preparation.
To create a new Workflow:

From the main Dashboard select Workflow Designer.
The Workflow Designer screen displays, from here you can also search for a Workflow and access recently modified Workflows. See - Searching for a Workflow.
- Select + New Workflow.
- Enter a name for your Workflow in the pop-up, for example, Wound Management.
- You can now add Nodes to your Workflow, from the Toolbar hover over Add Node
.
Your pointer changes to a Hand.
- Drag the Node onto the canvas.
- To add text, double click the Node.
The Node Editor displays. - Enter Text, for example, Patient presents with a sore throat.
- Select OK.
The Node updates. - Repeat to add/edit further Nodes.
