Delete, Disable or Enable a Practice

A Practice can be either Deleted, which also removes all of their data, or Disabled which prevents any further extracts.

A Deletion would normally occur when practice closes.

Once a Practice has been Disabled, it can also be Enabled again if required.

To Delete, Disable or Enable a Practice:

  1. From the Administration menu choose Organisation Setup followed by Practices.

    The Practice view displays.

  2. Select a Practice from the list, optionally, use the Search bar to filter the Practices list.

  3. From the toolbar select Delete Practice, Disable Practice or Enable Practice.

    Note - If a Practice has been Disabled, Enable Practice displays on the toolbar, if they are currently active then Disable Practice displays.
  4. If you are Deleting or Disabling a practice, select Yes to the notification.

  5. The view refreshes, and the Practice status updates.
    Note - This action is recorded in the Audit.
