Audit

Organisation Controllers have access to an Audit trail, which details the following events:

  • Distribution: Practice Excluded

  • Distribution: Practice removed

  • Record Deleted: CCG/Healthboard

  • Record Deleted: Federation

  • Record Deleted: National Provider

  • Record Deleted: Practice

  • Record State Change: Practice made Active

  • Record State Change: Practice made Inactive

  • Records Added: Reporting data

  • Records Deleted: Reporting data

  • Records Merged: Reporting data

To access the Audit:

  1. From the main Dashboard select Administration.

  2. From the System menu select Audit.

  3. From the Audit select an item, followed by View on the toolbar to see more information.

  4. Optionally, from the Search bar you can Filter the Audit by:

    • Deletion Type
      All, Distribution: Practice Excluded, Distribution: Practice removed, Record Deleted: CCG/Healthboard, Record Deleted: Federation, Record Deleted: National Provider, Record Deleted: Practice, Record State Change: Practice made Active, Record State Change: Practice made Inactive, Records Added: Reporting data, Records Deleted: Reporting data or Records Merged: Reporting data.
    • Start Date
    • End Date

    Select Apply Filter

    To remove the Filter select Clear Filter, alternatively, select Save Default to apply the Filter as the default view.

Note - The Audit trail is effective from the release date of Outcomes Manager 2023.21.
