Selecting a Patient in Vision Anywhere
The Vision Anywhere Home screen displays:

Next Appointment - Your next appointment displays with the booked time and a countdown, along with patient demographic information, select to display the Patient Summary screen:
Training Tip - The Mapplots the patient's address in Google Maps.

Appointments - The current/next appointment session displays, select a patient from the list to display their Patient Summary screen:
The Appointment Time, Patient name and Title display, the symbols to the right of the name indicate:
Appointment comments - For example, reason for appointment.
Patient record downloaded - Select to access demographic details, DNA information and patient notes, for example, needs wheelchair access.
Patient record not yet downloaded.
No NHS / CHI number - If a patient does not have a valid NHS/CHI number their record cannot be downloaded, therefore no symbol displays.
Special Booking - Appointment booking for a non-registered patient. If you are in a shared care setting, patients from a practice without a sharing agreement are added as special bookings.

Search for a patient - You can select a patient who does not have an appointment if required, for example, you may want to go back to a patient you have already seen. In Search for a patient, enter the first few letters of the patient's surname and forename with a space in between, for example, smi cli to search for Clifford Smith:
