Welcome to the Management Tools Help Centre

This help centre brings together the online help for all the Management Tools in Vision 3:

  • Control Panel - includes the majority of the Vision 3 set up utilities:

    • Mail Maintenance - Set up and maintain groups of users, actions and status codes for use in Mail Manager for XML messaging.

    • File Maintenance - Manage records of practice staff, staff groups, practice details and organisations, for example, hospitals, departments, consultants, health boards.

    • Eventlog Viewer - View a record of the workstations, users and events, for example, access to the system, software updates.
    • System Status - Users and workstations.
    • Security - Manage staff access to Vision 3, this includes passwords, security defaults, staff groups and access rights.

  • Audit Report - Provides searches on audited or deleted records.
