Formulary Management Tool	Frequency
The Dictionary of Medicines and Devices (DM+D) discontinues products regularly. These are indicated with Discontinued and move to the top of the product list for each formulary, so that you can spot and remove them. Do not forget to select replacements where appropriate. See Removing an Item from a Formulary for details.	Monthly
Review your formulary contents, defaults and Tags on a regular basis to ensure it contains the most appropriate items with the correct defaults. See Adding Items to a Formulary, Removing an Item from a Formulary, Adding and Maintaining Drug Defaults and Updating Tag Details for details.	Monthly
