  • From the Navigation Pane, select New Registration Exam and the entries are shown chronologically under on the Filtered tab.
  • From the Navigation Pane, right click on the New Registration Exam line and select either Summary, Data Grid or Management Plan.
    • New Registration Management Plan - Click on the row New Registration Consultation and select who the patient was seen by, and any addition free text notes.

    • New Registration Summary Form - For general help in making entries, see Summary/Grid Tab for details.
