Viewing a Report on-screen and the Options

  1. From Consultation Manager, select a patient in the usual way, see Selecting a Patient for details:
  2. Now either:
    • Select Guidelines - Indexes - Reports Index or Local Reports Index, or
    • Press Shift + F12 on your keyboard.
  3. Press Enter to display the Reports Index.
  4. Highlight the report required and select View.

The report displays in collapsed form, headings display but patient details do not. Use Expand to expand the whole report, or select a blue heading to expand just that heading's data, see Expand and Collapse Lines for further details.

The currently selected line has dashed lines above and below, or is highlighted in blue.

The Select Guideline screen can be reached by clicking on the icon at the top left .
