Copying Part of a Report

If you display a report on your screen, you can copy patient record linesto your clipboard.

1. From the report, highlight the line or lines to be copied.
2. Select Copy .
3. Press Alt + Tab on your keyboard to switch to the application where you want to paste, for example, Notepad, and use the Edit/Paste.
   Note - You cannot copy lines that are not selectable. Selecting non-selectable lines, for example, a sub-heading line, either expands or collapses it, so it cannot be highlighting by selecting. Selectable lines are those lines with no lower level lines under them. Patient records are often selectable lines.
