Cervical Cytology - Record a Smear Taken
The rationale is that you make a cervical smear entry the day that the smear is taken by selecting Add - Cytology and clicking OK without changing anything. Later, when the result is through, you can update this entry (from the Journal, or List - Cytology) with the laboratory result. This way you can track smears, making sure all the results have come through.
