Patient Details
Accessed from the Patient Details tab or View Patient Details .
Select to view the following registration details of the currently selected patient:
- Registration - Select to view general registration details. You can only add or update telephone numbers from here:
- Select Add to Address to add a land line number, this is shared with the family at this address.
- Select Add to Patient to add a mobile number, a business number or an email address.
- Select the contact details that need updating and then select Edit to update it.
- Identifiers - Select to view identifiers, such as the patient's hospital numbers, if recorded in Registration.
- Family - Select to view a list of all the members of the same household. You can double click on another family member to close the selected patient and open the family member.
- Contacts - Select to view, add or update the:
- People this patient cares for
- Carer(s) of this patient
- Next of kin for this patient

- Preferences - Select to view, add or update the:
- Patient's Preferred Pharmacy, see Adding a Preferred Pharmacy and Preferred Pharmacy in England for details.
- England Only:
- Patient's EPS Nominated Pharmacy, see Adding and Updating an EPS Nomination for details.
- GP Summary Consent Status, see GP Summary Consent Status for details.
- Scotland Only:

To quickly access Registration for the selected patient, select Consultation - Patient Registration.
