Rejected Tab
Within Prescription Manager the Rejected tab only displays rejected electronic messages so is only relevant if you are using Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) (England) or ePharmacy (Scotland).
The Rejected tab displays all recently rejected messages, with a Send status of Rejected and a Print status of Printed.
Training Tip - A medication with no Dosage is always rejected by the EPS/ePharmacy process.

Mail Manager
Note - You may only be aware of a rejected prescription after the patient has left.
To rectify a rejected message, you can try editing the original medication entry and then try printing it again.
