- Right click on the Consultation tab header and select View Options. This lets you amend the tab title, or tick an Initial Tab box if you want the Consultations tab to display first when entering the Patient Record.
- Just start typing a READ keyword in the READ Term - Add and press Enter. If the term is what you want, press OK; if not press F3 and select from the full READ select screen. When the required term is chosen and you press OK to READ Term Add, and if you have Automatically Select Best SDA switched on in Consultation - Options - Setup - Patient Record, then the relevant SDA data entry form will be displayed, eg if you enter Advice given, the Advice Given - Add form displays.
Expanded data is organised in topics and categories of data within the topic: Symptoms, Examination, Diagnosis, Intervention, Administration. Where only one topic exists within the current consultation, the topic title will be suppressed.
If you are at the Journal tab, you can right click on a line and select Consultation View which will then display all the items added in the same consultation as the record you clicked on.
Items may be dragged into other lists or on to the Floating Drop Target, but you cannot drop items into Consultation (see Drag and Drop).
