Introduction - Electronic Frailty Index (eFI)
We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Vision+ Electronic Frailty Index (eFI) Calculator and Stratification tool. The calculator helps identify and grade a patient's frailty level as well as assist in managing patients with frailty. The score is used to predict if a patient is at greater risk of admission or mortality. The eFI Stratification tool enables you to review and, where appropriate, record the eFI score for eligible patients.
