Appointments Tab
Select the Appointments tab or Appointment List 
to view:
- Today AM - A list of appointments for the selected clinician booked for this morning.
- Today PM - A list of appointments for the selected clinician booked for this afternoon.
- Other - A list of appointments booked for the specified date, time of day and clinician.
- Free Slot - Select to search for a free slot to book an appointment:
- Select from the options available:
- Today + n days, n wks and n mths - where n is the number of units to advance.
- All Books - Select a single clinician or clinic as required.
- Select Search
and all available appointments that match your criteria are returned. - Double click the slot required and review the following:
- Patient - Patient name, select Select Patient
to choose a different patient. - Comment - Enter comments if required.
- Recalls - Any recalls due or over due are listed.
Past DNA's - Any appointments the patient did not attend display.
Future - Any future appointments display.
Expected Duration - Defaults to the selected appointment length, update as required.
Notes - Patient appointment notes display.
Booking Information - Select if required.
- Patient - Patient name, select Select Patient
Select Book to book the appointment.
- Select from the options available:
- Update the Appointment status of a patient - see Using the Status of Waiting, In Consultation and Seen.
