Creating New WCCG Referrals
Remember - WCCG integrates with Vision 3 via Consultation Manager, this should be used instead of the WCCG icon on your desktop. NHS Wales advise that you should not use the WCCG application outside of Vision 3.
To create referrals using the WCCG from Consultation Manager, you can:
- Referral Context - Enter a referral for the patient, you are prompted to add the referral to WCCG, see Referral Context for details.
- Patient Context - Select a patient in Consultation Manager, then log on to WCCG, see Patient Context for details.
- Patient Context - You can trigger WCCG from the floating toolbar, see Creating a WCCG Referral from the Floating Toolbar for details.
- Practice Context - Log on to WCCG without first selecting a patient, see Practice Context for details.
Important – To avoid display problems, please do not select Log Off from the WCCG web page whilst viewing it from within Consultation Manager.
