Creating a WCCG Referral from the Floating Toolbar

You can trigger WCCG from the floating toolbar. This can speed up the referring process:

1. From Consultation Manager, with the patient selected and a consultation open, click and hold on the History entry you wish to refer.
2. Move your mouse and the floating toolbar displays, drag and release the History entry on to the Referral and release the mouse button:

   

3. The Referral – Add screen displays.
4. Complete the referral details as appropriate.
5. Select Letter to create a referral letter if required.
6. Select OK to save and close the referral.
7. The 'Do you want to add this referral to the WCCG?' prompt displays, select:
   • Yes to open WCCG, or
   • No to return to Consultation Manager.
