Infant Details, Maternity Care

• On the Maternity Management Plan, Infant Details is the last row on the Pregnancy Outcome - Mother section.
• On the Maternity Care summary form, click on the tab marked Infant Details. Point just to the right of the word Details above the window, and click with the right mouse, selecting Add.There is only one screen - Infant Details - Mother - where you can record Birth weight, Apgar at 1 and 5 minutes, and Outcome (Live, Stillborn, Neonatal death, Intra-partum death). Refer also to the form for Child Health Surveillance.
