Using the Merge Category/Indicator Option

The Merge Category/ Indicator option is helpful if you want to send a letter to a group of patients, invite patients by telephone or bulk add a clinical term. If you are using Vision+ SMS, you can also recall your patients using text messaging from Vision+.

If you highlight a category you can select Merge Category or if you highlight a specific report line you can select Merge Indicator.
