Data Entry Tools
From the DMARDs Manager PLUS Template highlight a line and select one of the following Data Entry icons at the end of the line.

Previous Entry - This blue icon indicates that the patient does not have any previous records. |
|
Undo - The Undo Last Entry icon deletes the clinical term previously entered on that line during the current session. |

Previous Entries - When the row contains more than one relevant clinical term, a drop-down arrow displays in red to alert you that more clinical terms are available than the one currently being displayed. Where numeric data is recorded a graph is also visible. |

Codeset - The codeset icon takes you to the clinical term data entry screen, where clinical terms can be chosen from pre-defined list. |

Blood Pressure - Use this icon to record a Blood Pressure. |
